At the first level there is an independent and autonomous guest house that could be characterized as a Junior Hotel Suite with a double bed, an ergonomic sofa that can transformed into a double bed, bathroom fitted with a shower, living room-dining room and a small kitchen.
On this level there is a great sea view, while the surrounding area is dominated by the beautiful garden, plants and flowers, which are in harmony with the local flora. It hosts a family with 2 adults and 2 children.
The second and main level of the Villa consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, a comfortable living room-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On this level you find 3 luxurious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
