2. Reservation Portal

Once you've decided on your dates and room, navigate to our 'Reservations' section. Fill in the required fields with your details, ensuring that all information is accurate for a seamless booking experience.

3. Confirm & Secure

After entering your details, you'll be prompted to review your reservation. Once satisfied, proceed to the payment gateway. Rest assured, our online payment system is encrypted and secure, ensuring the utmost protection of your personal and financial details. An email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after, detailing your booking and any additional information you might need.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible Cancellation
The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price of the reservation if they cancel after. In case of a no-show or early departure, the guest will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.

Payment policy

50% of the total reservation will be charged upon booking and the remaining balance will be settled upon guest's arrival.
In case you choose the bank transfer as a payment method, and in order to confirm the booking you may need to complete the transfer within 2 hours from the time of booking. When this limit expires, the reservation will be canceled without further notice.
